These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Numaura, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Numaura", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Numaura provides numerology reports and insights generated by a combination of proprietary software and AI models using your name and birth date. Services include free basic reports, paid individual reports, and paid family plans. All content is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You may use a password or OAuth providers including Google, Apple, and Facebook.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including invited family members.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity.

Payment and Billing

• Premium services require payment through Stripe.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide Stripe.
• Individual reports and family plans are one-time purchases.
• Metadata sent to Stripe may include your name and birth date for fraud prevention.
• Prices may change from time to time; the latest price is always displayed.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• All content on Numaura is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• Your individual reports are for your personal use only.
• The Numaura name, logo, and branding are our protected intellectual property.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to commit unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• To scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service.
• To reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, models, or prompts.

Family Plans & Sharing

• The family plan owner can invite members and view reports generated for invited profiles.
• Members may remove their own profiles or request deletion by contacting us.
• You should only add profiles for individuals who consent to share their information.

General Disclaimer

The services and reports provided by Numaura are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. While numerology offers a unique framework for self-reflection and personal insight, the calculations and interpretations provided through the application are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or psychological counsel.

Nature of Results

Numerology is an interpretive field. Numaura does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive reliability of any report. By using the Service, you agree that Numaura is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the interpretation or application of the information provided within reports.

No Professional Advice

The results generated by Numaura should not be used as the primary basis for making significant life decisions, financial investments, or major lifestyle changes. You acknowledge that any actions taken based on the information provided by the Service are done at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Numaura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated content.

In no event shall Numaura's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of forty U.S. dollars ($40.00) or the amount you paid Numaura, if any, in the last 12 months for the services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Numaura, its officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Mandatory Individual Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Wyoming before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class-Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (1) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (2) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (3) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email at least 30 days before they take effect.

AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service use AI models and proprietary prompts. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
